A new way of eating.

Part of my new diet is eating a great deal more protein. This has been an adjustment for me. I have never been a big meat eater. It has taken me quite a bit of research to figure out what my body needs to function and not gain weight. I have tried everything from fat burners for women to carb blockers over the years in order to loose weight. All of these worked for a while. My problem is that I can’t seem to eat carbohydrates. I have learned that carbs are just converted to fat by my body. As much as I love them I have come to the realization that I can’t eat a ton of them or else I am going to gain weight. This is not easy but slowly I am learning new ways of eating foods that give me the same satisfaction that I once found eating carbs. Meat is something I am growing to enjoy but it is still difficult to eat as much as I know my body needs.
